At Awkks Massage & Recovery, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Due to the nature of our global fulfillment process, please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Returns  
As we operate with international fulfillment partners, we do not require customers to return products to us. This helps avoid high international shipping costs and delays.

We only offer replacements or refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue  

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A free replacement, or  
- A full refund

Incorrect or Missing Items  
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse  
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind  
- Incorrect product selection  
- Personal preference

Order Cancellations  
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items  
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, due to personal use products are not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refund Processing  
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method  
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider  

Chargebacks & Disputes
